You kinda sorta totally made me tear up at work. Good luck and everything will work out I know it. Exciting and scary is okay. :-) Don’t become a stranger, even if you make friends that are more awesome than me, which *I* don’t think is possible but I have been wrong before (a long time ago)
there’s a voice in MO that is cheering for you right now…congratulations on your journey, and on reaching your destination (geographically and emotionally). You rule, Kiki (imagine rock horns here)…thanks for sharing that vulnerable moment, wish I could have seen your eyes behind those big ‘ole shades.
I know you are going to be great there, I hope the west coast fits you, even if its only for a while. As long as your decisions are on your terms.
also this made me feel a bit better about my move, despite how terrified I am about it at the present moment.
Much love from MA! (at least for 8ish more hours)
Name's Kirsten. I'm a splitter of hairs, a hillbilly, a rock horns devotee, an ellipses-lovin' fool, and queen of the conceptual jinx. I'm also a geek and the grateful human of littleblackdog. I do this and that and some of the other … up to and including writing this here blog.
